by phone
You don't have to purchase online with your credit card at the Draper
of Glastonbury Virtual Store if you dont want to; simply pick up the
phone. To place your order, phone +44(0) 1458 837627 within normal
UK working hours.
Ordering a catalogue
Draper of Glastonbury also produce a glossy mail order catalogue featuring
the same items as the Draper of Glastonbury virtual store. To receive
a free catalogue simply request one by going to the website
contact form page.

Locating products
Using the 'Products in category' drop down menu you can choose
from the available catagories. Click on a category to display the products
available within it. Once you have found a product you would like to
know more about, click on the product title, image or information icon.
A new window will display full details for the product.
Making a purchase
If you wish to purchase the product, click the 'buy' button
to place the item in your shopping basket (it can always be removed
later). To review the contents of the basket click on either the 'review
basket' or 'basket & checkout' links. Next, select
the country you want the order delivered to from the drop down menu.
A total price will be displayed, including any tax and postage charges.
To confirm your purchase select the 'proceed to checkout'
link and input your personal details. Click on the 'proceed to
pay' link to enter the secure server. Check that the delivery
address and order details are correct and input your credit card details.
Draper of Glastonbury will occasionally offer a promotional discount
for special offers. Whilst every effort is taken to ensure all items
are in supply, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock
or we may sell out earlier than planned. If an item is unavailable
at the time of despatch you will be advised accordingly. On occasion,
an item youve ordered may be backordered. We will notify you as soon
as we know an item is backordered and will deliver it to you as soon
as it is back in stock.

Only if your credit card has been authorised will your credit card
be debited. You will receive confirmation of card payment and your
unique order number via email. If your card is not authorised you
will be given the opportunity to try again or use a different card.
Delivery
We aim to despatch orders within 5 working days. If after this time
you have not received confirmation of your unique order number then
please contact Draper of Glastonbury. All enquiries regarding orders
made via the Draper of Glastonbury Virtual Store should include your
unique order number to help us answer your enquiry. You should receive
your orders within a maximum of 28 working days - subject to availability.
